Key Responsibilities

MIS & Data Management

  1. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  2. Maintain accurate databases and records
  3. Analyze data and create dashboards
  4. Handle Excel sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  5. Ensure timely and error-free reporting

Administrative Duties

Position Overview

A Senior STEM Trainer is responsible for delivering advanced STEM education programs, mentoring students, and leading robotics, AI, and innovation-based learning in schools and training centers.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Teaching

  1. Deliver hands-on training in Robotics, AI, Electronics, and STEM modules
  2. Conduct engaging classroom and lab sessions for students (Grades 1–10)
  3. Train students on Arduino, sensors, automation projects
  4. Guide students in building real-world projects (robots, IoT systems, etc.)
  5. Prepare lesson plans aligned with school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE)

Advanced Learning & Innovation

  1. Teach concepts like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning basics, IoT
  2. Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Training Support

  1. Assist in conducting STEM sessions (Robotics, Electronics, Basic AI)
  2. Support senior trainers during classes and workshops
  3. Help students in building simple projects (LED circuits, sensors, robots)
  4. Ensure students understand basic concepts through practical learning

Hands-on Activities
