Welcome to STAR Innovators. We strive to provide high-quality STEM, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and skill-development programs for students. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in any course, workshop, summer camp, or training program offered by STAR Innovators is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the applicable fees. Once the enrollment is confirmed, the student’s seat in the program is reserved.

2. Cancellation by Participant

Before Program Start Participants may cancel their enrollment before the program begins.

7 days or more before the program start date:  Eligible for 80% refund of the total fee.

3–6 days before the program start date: Eligible for 50% refund.

Less than 72 hours before the program start date: No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation After Program Starts

Once the program, workshop, or course has started:

  No cancellation or refund will be applicable.

  Missed classes cannot be refunded.

4. Program Cancellation by STAR Innovators

If a program is cancelled by STAR Innovators due to:

  Insufficient registrations

  Technical issues

  Instructor unavailability

  Unforeseen circumstances

Participants will receive: Full refund, OR Option to transfer to the next available batch.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within: 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  Registration / admission fees

  Learning kits and hardware components

  Materials already issued to students

  Digital course access already activated

7. Transfer Policy

In certain cases, students may request:

  Transfer to another batch

  Transfer to another program

Requests will be reviewed case-by-case depending on seat availability.
